Why checking Flipkart payments is so hard
Your orders are in one report, your payments are in another, and your ad spend is in a third. To know what one order really earned, you have to put all three together.
Flipkart's fees are not always easy to read, and it is easy to count a charge twice or miss one. Returns and RTOs can take money back weeks later, sometimes in the next month's report.
Doing this in Excel every month takes hours, and mistakes are hard to spot. A missed deduction or an unpaid order can sit there for months without anyone noticing.

Up to four files a month, from Flipkart Seller Hub and Ads Manager. You see a preview before anything is saved.
- Orders reportSeller Hub → Reports → Fulfilment Reports → OrdersNeeded. This tells MyrrenReco which month you are checking.
- Payment report for the same monthSeller Hub → Reports → Payment Reports → Settled TransactionsNeeded. This shows what Flipkart paid you.
- Payment report for the next monthSame place, one month laterNeeded. Many orders are paid, returned or charged back in the month after. Without this report, the result is not accurate.

Good to know
- You can reconcile a month once its payments have had time to arrive. For example, August orders can be added from 1 October. This keeps your report from showing orders as unpaid when the money simply has not come in yet.
- To see profit, you add what each product costs you. A missing cost is flagged, so you know the profit is not final yet.
- Your data belongs to you. It is kept private to your account, and you can export it whenever you like.
Questions
Do I need to give my Flipkart password?
No. MyrrenReco never asks for your Seller Hub login. You only upload reports you download yourself.
I do not run Flipkart ads. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Just skip the ads report. Everything else works the same.
Why do you ask for next month's payment report?
Many orders are paid, returned or charged back in the month after they were placed. Next month's report is what shows those orders correctly, so it is needed for an accurate report.
I also sell on Meesho. Can I see both together?
Yes. Flipkart and Meesho sit side by side in the same account, and you can look at them together or one at a time.
What if I find an order that was not paid?
MyrrenReco shows you the order, its date and how long it has been waiting. You then have everything you need to raise it with Flipkart seller support.
Is it hard to set up?
