These Terms govern your use of MyrrenReco Web (myrrenreco.com), operated by M/s Anvi Enterprises, India ("MyrrenReco", "we", "us"). By creating an Account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MyrrenReco is a reconciliation and profit-tracking tool for Flipkart and Meesho sellers. It is intended for business use by sellers on those marketplaces, not for personal or consumer use.

2. Accounts and Firms

One Account (identified by your email) can own one or more Firms. Your subscription and any free trial belong to the Account; day-to-day operations (imports, reports, customers) belong to a Firm. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by one-time code sent there.

3. Plans, billing and Firms

Plans and their included number of Firms are shown on the Pricing page and the Plans screen inside the product; prices there are GST-inclusive. As of this writing, included Firms per plan are: Basic 1, Silver 2, Gold 3, Platinum 4, Diamond 6. Additional Firms beyond a plan's allowance can be purchased at the price shown at checkout (Basic cannot purchase additional Firms). Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI details. A GST invoice is issued and emailed for every payment.

4. Free trial

Where offered, the free trial is limited as stated in the product at sign-up (currently: one report, up to 500 orders from one marketplace, 10 days of full access, with a further 30-day window before trial data is deleted if you do not subscribe). Trial terms may change; the limits shown in the product at the time you start a trial apply to you.

5. Renewal, lapses and data

Plans do not auto-renew on file without your action — a lapsed subscription locks the Firms on your Account until renewed. Data belonging to Firms on a lapsed subscription is kept for 2 months after expiry and then deleted; your Account, invoices and billing history are not affected. Trial data follows the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You can stop using the service, or permanently delete your Account, at any time from Settings. Plans do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring payment to cancel.

3-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Questions Asked. If you are not happy with your first paid subscription, tell us within 3 days of your payment and we will refund it in full — no reason needed. Basic Plan is excluded, and the guarantee applies to your first paid subscription only (not renewals, later purchases or additional Firms).

No reason is required. To request a refund under the guarantee, write to support@myrrenreco.com with your invoice number. The refund is processed manually, to an appropriate payment method. Completing the refund ends paid access to that subscription: your Dashboard stays readable, and the marketplace reports, customer data and product costs uploaded to your Firms are kept for 30 days and then deleted, unless you buy a new plan before then — which restores everything. Deletion removes the data from the live service; routine encrypted infrastructure backups age out on their own schedule.

Requests made more than 3 calendar days after payment, Basic Plan payments, renewals, later purchases and additional-Firm payments are not covered by the guarantee, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Never include passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or CVV in your email — we never ask for them.

7. Promo codes and partner offers

Promo codes are optional and can be withdrawn or changed by us at any time. One code per order, and codes cannot be combined. A code gives a discount on your first Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond purchase only. It does not apply to renewals, the Basic plan or extra Firm add-ons, and each Account can use a code once. A code has no cash value. If you are refunded under our 3-day money-back guarantee, you get back the amount you actually paid. We may refuse or cancel a discount obtained by misuse.

7A. Founding Seller offer

The Founding Seller offer lets the first 20 sellers who have never bought a plan before buy the Silver plan for ₹99 a month (GST included) for their first two months. A place is taken when the first ₹99 payment is received; if that payment is refunded under our 3-day money-back guarantee, the place is released for another seller. The second ₹99 month must be bought within 7 days after the first month ends; after that, Silver is at its normal price. The offer cannot be combined with any promo code, partner code or referral credit, and extra Firms beyond the 2 included are charged at their normal price. The offer is limited, can end when the places are taken, and is not available again to an account that has used it or has refunded it.

7B. Customer referral

An account with at least one paid plan can share its own referral code or link. When a new customer who joined through it makes their first paid purchase, the referring account earns one credit of 10% for that customer. The new customer's price does not change. A credit becomes usable only after the 3-day money-back period on that first purchase has passed, and is removed if that purchase is refunded. Credits are applied automatically to the referring account's next plan purchase at the normal price — up to 3 credits (30%) on one purchase, with the rest carried forward — and are not used on the founding offer, on extra-Firm add-ons, or together with a promo code. Each credit expires 6 months after it becomes usable, and the oldest credits are used first. A credit has no cash value. Referring yourself, or a person or business that shares your email, phone number, tax registration number or payment card or UPI ID, earns nothing. We may refuse or cancel credits obtained by misuse.

8. Your data and your customers' data

You retain ownership of the business data you upload (marketplace reports, cost data, and customer records built from shipping labels). You are responsible for having the right to upload and process that data, including any data about your own customers, and for complying with applicable law in how you use it. We process it only to provide the service to you.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another Account's or Firm's data, or bypass Firm/Account isolation.
• Do not upload unlawfully obtained data, malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the service.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written agreement.

10. Intellectual property

MyrrenReco, its software, design and branding are owned by M/s Anvi Enterprises. Nothing here transfers ownership of the software to you; you keep ownership of the business data you put into it.

11. Service availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for verifying figures that matter for your own accounting or tax filings before relying on them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, such as unlawful use or an attempt to compromise the platform's security or multi-tenant isolation.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
