Privacy Policy

MyrrenReco Web ("MyrrenReco", "we", "us") is operated by M/s Anvi Enterprises, India. This policy explains what data we collect through myrrenreco.com and the MyrrenReco application, why, and how it is handled.

MyrrenReco is a business tool for Flipkart and Meesho sellers to reconcile marketplace settlements and track profitability. It is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individual consumers or children.

1. Information we collect

Account & Firm data

Your email address (used for sign-in via a one-time code), and the business details you enter when creating a Firm inside your Account (Account owns one or more Firms — see our Terms).

We also ask for a short business profile: your name, a contact mobile number, your city and state, the marketplaces you sell on and your approximate monthly order volume, plus a few optional answers about your business (how long you have sold online, how you reconcile today, your main difficulty, and how you first found MyrrenReco). You can skip the optional answers. The contact number is not verified.

Marketplace data you upload

Flipkart and Meesho order, settlement and ads reports, and product cost information, that you choose to import so the reconciliation engine can compute your profit and fee figures.

Customer data extracted from shipping labels

If you use the Customer Database feature, uploaded Flipkart/Meesho shipping label PDFs are parsed to build customer records (name, address, order and return/RTO history) for your own Firm. This is data about your customers that you control; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it, and for how you use it.

Payment data

Card, UPI and other payment instrument details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway — MyrrenReco never receives or stores your card number or UPI credentials. We store the resulting invoice, amount, plan and payment status.

Demo requests

If you ask for a product demo — including from our public site, without creating an account — we collect the name, email address and mobile number you enter, the time you say you prefer, and anything you tell us you would like to see. We use them only to arrange and hold that demo. A demo request made without an account is never linked to any MyrrenReco account, including if you later sign up with the same email address.

Free profit calculator

Our Flipkart and Meesho profit calculators work entirely on the page. Nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose "Email me this result". If you do, we collect the email address you enter, the numbers you typed into the calculator and the result it showed. We use them to email you that result and to send you occasional MyrrenReco updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link. This address is never linked to any MyrrenReco account.

Free-trial check

When you upload an order report during a free trial, we keep a one-way code for each product SKU in it. The code cannot be turned back into your SKU, and we do not keep the SKUs themselves for this purpose. We use these codes only to check whether the same products were already used in another free trial.

Partner links and codes

If you arrive through a partner's link or use a partner's code, we record the partner code and the date. We use this to give you the offer and to pay that partner their commission. We do not share your contact details with the partner.

Partners who earn commission

If you are a MyrrenReco partner (for example a creator with a partner code), we collect the details needed to pay you and to meet tax law, through a one-time link we send you: your legal name, PAN, bank account number and IFSC or UPI ID, postal address and, if you have one, your GSTIN, together with the date you accepted our partner terms and gave consent. Your PAN, bank account number and UPI ID are stored encrypted and shown masked; only the platform owner can view them in full, and every such view is logged. We use these details only to pay your commission, to deduct and report income tax (TDS) against your PAN, and to keep the payment records the law requires, and we share them only with banks and tax authorities as needed for that.

Ads and sign-up source

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads: it tells Meta when a page is visited, when an account is created and when a calculator result is requested. We never send your email, phone number or name to Meta. If you arrive through one of our ad links, we also record which ad link it was (the campaign labels in the link, the page you landed on and the date) with your new account, so we can see which ads work.

Technical data

Standard request/audit logs (e.g. sign-ins, imports, deletions) kept for security and troubleshooting, and functional browser storage (see "Cookies" below).

2. How we use information

  • To run the reconciliation/profit engine and show you your reports, ledger and customer records.
  • To authenticate you (email one-time codes) and keep your Firms isolated from every other Account.
  • To process subscription payments, issue GST invoices, and email you those invoices.
  • To send service email: OTP codes, invoices, and account/data-retention notices.
  • To arrange and confirm a product demo you asked for, and to email you the appointment details.
  • To email you a calculator result you asked for, and occasional MyrrenReco updates until you unsubscribe (see "Free profit calculator" above).
  • To set up your account, give our support team useful context when you write to us, and improve the product, using the business profile you provide.
  • To secure the service: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and a breach check on passwords where a password is used (see "Data security" below).
  • To run the customer referral program: we keep your referral code, which accounts joined through it and when, and whether a credit was earned. We do not show you who a referred customer is. To stop people referring themselves, we compare the email, phone number and GSTIN on the two accounts and a one-way scrambled form of the payment card or UPI ID that Razorpay reports — never the card or UPI details themselves.
  • To keep the free trial to one per seller: if a free-trial order upload shares most of its products with an earlier free trial, the upload is refused (see "Free-trial check" above).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

3. Data security

Traffic to the site and application is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Every Firm's data is kept isolated so one Account can never read another Account's data. Sign-in is by email one-time code by default; where a password exists it is stored using a strong, salted hashing algorithm, never in plain text. Access to your data is restricted to what each Account is authorized to see.

4. Data sharing & third parties

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum data necessary with a small number of service providers who help us run MyrrenReco, each acting only within their specific role:

  • Payment processing — a licensed payment gateway handles your subscription payment; MyrrenReco never sees your card or UPI details.
  • Transactional email delivery — used to send OTP codes, invoices, and account/data-retention notices.
  • Ad measurement — the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) receives page visits, sign-ups and calculator requests to measure our ads; never your email, phone number or name (see "Ads and sign-up source" above).
  • Password breach checking — if a password is used, only a small, irreversible partial hash of it is checked against a known-breach database; your actual password is never sent anywhere.

Apart from the ad measurement above, we do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Cookies

MyrrenReco uses one advertising tool, the Meta Pixel, to measure our ads (page visits and sign-ups). It may set Meta's own cookie in your browser. No email, phone number or name is sent to Meta, and we use no other analytics or tracking. The web app stores your session token and selected Firm in your browser's local storage purely so you stay signed in and on the right Firm — this is functional, not tracking, and never leaves your device.

If you arrive through one of our ad links, the campaign labels in that link are kept in your browser for up to 30 days so they can be recorded when you sign up.

A partner link stores the partner code in your browser for up to 60 days so the offer can be applied when you sign up.

6. Data retention

  • Free trial: if a trial is not converted to a paid plan, the reports and customer data uploaded during it are deleted 30 days after the trial ends.
  • Lapsed subscription: if a subscription is not renewed, the data in your Firms is kept for 2 months after expiry, then deleted. Your Account and billing history are unaffected.
  • Refunded subscription: when a refund under the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee is completed, paid access to that subscription ends and the data uploaded to your Firms (marketplace reports, customer data, product costs and grouping) is kept for 30 days, then deleted — unless you buy a new plan before then, which restores everything. Your Account, invoices and billing history are unaffected. Deletion removes the data from the live service; routine encrypted infrastructure backups age out on their own schedule.
  • Issued tax invoices are retained after a Firm or Account is deleted, as accounting records — with the personal account link removed. We do not invent a fixed retention period for these; they are kept for as long as our accounting obligations require.
  • You can permanently delete your Account at any time from Settings (OTP-confirmed). This deletes your Firms and their operational data; issued invoices are retained as above.
  • Your business profile (contact details, city and state, marketplaces, order volume and the optional answers) is deleted together with your Account.
  • Free-trial check codes, and the record of which email addresses have already used a free trial, are kept after the trial data and after the Account are deleted, so the free trial stays one per seller. They contain no SKU, product, order or customer details.
  • Partner payout details (legal name, PAN, bank or UPI details, address, GSTIN) are kept while you are a partner and afterwards for as long as tax law requires us to keep payment records. You can ask to see, correct or erase them, or withdraw your consent, from the contact page; without them we cannot pay further commission.
  • Free profit calculator: the email address, numbers and result you sent are kept until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, only so that we do not email you again.
  • Demo requests made without an account: once the request is finished, declined, cancelled or recorded as a no-show, the name, email address, mobile number and message you gave are deleted 90 days later. We keep only the fact that an appointment slot was used, with no personal details attached. A demo request made from inside your account is part of your account and is deleted with it.

7. Your rights

You can review and correct your Firm and business data directly in the product. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by writing to support@myrrenreco.com, or delete your Account yourself from Settings. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, card numbers or other payment credentials by email — we never ask for them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
