Why checking Meesho payments is so hard
Meesho does not pay you one order at a time. One payment into your bank covers many orders at once, so it is hard to tell which orders were paid and which were not.
Returns make it harder. An order can look paid, and then weeks later money is taken back because the customer returned it. Some returns only show up in the next month's report.
Most sellers try to check this in Excel. It takes hours every month, and one small mistake can hide money you were never paid. Many sellers simply give up and trust the numbers.

The Meesho reports you need
Three files a month, all from your Meesho Supplier Panel. You see a preview before anything is saved.
- Order ReportSupplier Panel → Orders → Download Order ReportNeeded. This tells MyrrenReco which month you are checking.
- Payment Report for the same monthSupplier Panel → Payments → Download Payment ReportNeeded. This shows what Meesho paid you. Your ad cost is already inside it.
- Payment Report for the next monthSame place, one month laterNeeded. Many orders are paid, returned or charged back in the month after. Without this report, the result is not accurate.

Good to know
- You can reconcile a month once its payments have had time to arrive. For example, August orders can be added from 1 October. This keeps your report from showing orders as unpaid when the money simply has not come in yet.
- To see profit, you add what each product costs you. A missing cost is flagged, so you know the profit is not final yet.
- Your data belongs to you. It is kept private to your account, and you can export it whenever you like.
Questions
Do I need to give my Meesho password?
No. MyrrenReco never asks for your Meesho login. You only upload reports you download yourself.
Why do you ask for next month's Payment Report?
Many orders are paid, returned or charged back in the month after they were placed. Next month's report is what shows those orders correctly, so it is needed for an accurate report.
Can I check last month's orders today?
Once enough time has passed for the payments to arrive: a month can be added from the 1st of the second month after it. Older months can be added any time.
I also sell on Flipkart. Can I see both together?
Yes. Flipkart and Meesho sit side by side in the same account, and you can look at them together or one at a time.
What if I find an order that was not paid?
MyrrenReco shows you the order, its date and how long it has been waiting. You then have everything you need to raise it with Meesho seller support.
Is it hard to set up?
No. If you can download a report from the Supplier Panel, you can use MyrrenReco. If you get stuck, message us on WhatsApp or book a demo and we will walk you through it.
