What MyrrenReco shows you, and how your data is kept private
A profit figure is only useful if you can trust it. This page explains, in plain words, what you upload, what MyrrenReco shows you, how your data is kept private, and what MyrrenReco does not do.
What you upload
Everything starts with reports you download yourself from your seller panel. MyrrenReco never logs in to your seller account and never asks for your password.
Flipkart
The Orders report for the month, the payment report for that month, and the payment report for the month after. All three are needed for an accurate report. Add the ads report too if you run ads.
Meesho
The Order Report for the month, the Payment Report for that month, and the Payment Report for the month after. All three are needed for an accurate report. Your Meesho ad cost is already inside the Payment Report, so there is no separate ads file.
Why two months of payments
Many orders are paid, returned or charged back in the month after they were placed. Without the next month’s payment report, those orders can look unpaid or show the wrong result.
Every order next to its money
For every order, MyrrenReco shows what the marketplace paid you, what it took in fees and deductions, and what the order cost you. You can look up any order by the order ID you already see in your seller panel and check every figure for it yourself.
Money that arrives in a later month still shows up on the order it belongs to, and nothing you were paid is left out of the picture.
If something looks off, the order screen shows exactly which amounts came from the marketplace, so you can compare them with your own Seller Hub or Supplier Panel.
What happened to each order
Each order shows what happened to it, so you can tell at a glance which orders earned you money and which ones came back.
Based on the marketplace’s own reports
What you see comes from what Flipkart or Meesho reported for that order. It is the same whichever order you upload your files in.
Unclear orders are shown, not guessed
If the marketplace’s reports do not agree about an order, MyrrenReco shows it to you to check instead of deciding for you. Any money paid on it is still shown.
Not paid yet
Orders that have not been paid yet are shown clearly, so you know which money is still to come. Orders still on their way are not counted as unpaid.
The profit you see
MyrrenReco shows your profit for every order, every product and every month, after marketplace deductions, your product costs and, if you choose, your ad spend.
Every deduction visible
Marketplace fees, shipping, TCS and TDS are all shown, so you can see exactly where your money went before it reached your bank.
Your costs, your way
You enter what each product costs you, including packing, and update it whenever your prices change. The GST you pay on your own costs is counted too.
Returns follow your settings
How much a return costs you is a setting you control, so your profit reflects the way you run your business. Cancelled orders cost you nothing.
Ad spend is your choice
You can include your ad spend in your monthly profit, switch it off, or type in your own monthly figure.
Missing costs are never guessed
If a product has no cost, MyrrenReco does not fill one in for you. A cost you enter as 0 on purpose is accepted as real.
A new order report cannot be added until every product in it has a cost. You fill in the gaps on screen first. There is no “import anyway” button.
A missing cost is flagged, so you know the profit is not final yet.

Checks before anything is saved
Preview first
You see what each file contains before it is saved. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Duplicate files caught
The same report uploaded twice is caught, even if it was renamed or downloaded again. Replacing a month that already has a file needs your confirmation.
Wrong month refused
A payment or ads report that does not belong with your order report’s month is refused, and nothing is imported.
A month waits for its payments
A month’s orders can be added from the 1st of the second month after it, in India time. For example, August orders can be added from 1 October, once September’s payment report is complete. Earlier months can be added any time.
Fees, claims and money you have not been paid
Every deduction shown
For each order you see the sale amount, the marketplace fee, TCS, TDS and any other adjustment.
Claims to follow up
Returns that are still waiting for a claim are shown to you, so you know which ones to raise with the marketplace.
Payments that look wrong
Payments that look wrong are flagged, so you know which orders to look at closely.
Orders that were never paid
Orders that stay unpaid for too long are brought to your attention in Alerts, oldest first.
How your data is kept private
MyrrenReco never logs in to your Flipkart or Meesho account and never asks for your seller password. It only works with the reports you download and upload yourself.
The report files themselves are not kept, and neither are the shipping label PDFs you add for the Customer Database. Only the order, payment, ads and buyer details needed for your reports are saved.
Your data is private to your account. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Every business (Firm) is kept separate and private to your account, and the site works only over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
You can export your data and delete your account yourself, whenever you like.
The only tracking is the Meta Pixel, used to measure our own ads (page visits and sign-ups). No email, phone number or name is ever sent to Meta.
What MyrrenReco does not do
- It works with Flipkart and Meesho only.
- It does not connect to your seller account or download reports for you. You upload the files yourself.
- It does not inspect returned items. What a return costs you follows the setting you choose.
- GST input tax credit is not calculated. The GST you pay on your own costs is counted as a cost.
- Other business costs, such as rent or salaries, are not included in profit.
- On product screens, a product’s share of ad spend is an estimate.
- Waiting for the next month catches most late payments, but a marketplace can still send some adjustments later.
- It does not promise to find money you are owed. It shows you clearly what was paid, what was taken and what is still due.
Questions
Why do I need two months of payment reports?
Because many orders are settled, returned or charged back in the month after they were placed. The next month’s payment report is what shows those orders correctly. Without it, the report is not accurate.
What does MyrrenReco show me for each order?
What the marketplace paid you, every fee and deduction it took, what happened to the order, and what it cost you, so you can see your real profit on that order.
Does MyrrenReco need my seller password?
No. MyrrenReco never asks for your Flipkart or Meesho password and never logs in to your seller account. You upload the reports you download yourself.
Can I change how returns are costed?
Yes. How much a return costs you is your own setting, and you can set it for each marketplace.
What if a number looks wrong to me?
Open the order in Order Lookup to see its payments and deductions, or ask us on WhatsApp or at support@myrrenreco.com. Please include the order ID and a screenshot.
