When Excel or Google Sheets is enough
If you ship a few orders a week on one marketplace and you are comfortable with lookups, a spreadsheet can do the job. Download the order report and both payment reports, look up each order’s ID, and add up its lines.
It stops working well as orders grow. One order can have several payment lines across two months, returns take money back later, and one wrong ID type gives a wrong answer that nobody notices.
